FFAB Yellow 9 x2

Welcome to The International Beng Hong Athletic Association of Orthodox Ngo Cho Kun; named in honor of Sijo Chua Giok BENG, Sigong Tan Kiong BENG, and Sigong Tan Ka HONG. Ngo Cho Kun (also spelled Wuzuquan and Wu Chu Chuan) is the southern Chinese Fukien martial art of Five Ancestor Fist Kung-Fu. While very popular in China and Southeast Asia, the art is quite rare in the West, especially in North America.

The Beng Hong Association is the international promotional body of the Philippine-Chinese Beng Kiam Athletic Club, and holds an unbroken line in the art from its founder down five generations.

It is our mission that Beng Hong make this dynamic art available to a wider audience of practitioners who seek traditional Chinese martial arts that contain a robust training curriculum with depth of knowledge.

Everyone with good moral character is welcome to train with us. Please contact Sifu Mark V. Wiley with questions or comments: mvwiley@gmail.com.

It was nice to spent an evening with the grandmaster back in 1995. I am glad that your classical kung-fu system remains alive and well over the many generations. I will plan to stop by Manila to say hello again.

I know it’s a few years late but I wanted to contact you through this page in order to get your attention hopefully. I’m interested in Wuzuquan and taking it up as a style, are you still hosting classes?
